TEAM

Jon's second unit and commercial experience plus a love of 1980s action makes for lean, high-paced storytelling. His secret is that he's an actors director as well as an action director, placing as much emphasis on character as camera angles.

Tom is a world builder. He writes kinetic action backed up with a grounded sense of time and place. Action is always an extension of character. He aims to find the mid-point between Derek Kolstad and Steven Knight.

Jon Shaikh - Director

Jon Shaikh is a multi-award-winning filmmaker whose career began directing commercials and branded entertainment for some of the world's biggest brands.After 25 years as a commercial director, Jon moved into film and television. His short film Cowboy Ben led to television directing, including an episode of the BBC's BAFTA-nominated Our World War. He subsequently worked as a second-unit director on feature films including The Courier and Summit Fever.In 2025, Jon directed Bedlam, his feature debut.

Tom Kenyon - Writer

Tom Kenyon is an action and thriller writer creating propulsive stories with compelling characters in worlds that feel lived-in and real.Tom began his career in television and digital production, working across the BBC, ITV and Channel 4. His credits include Primeval Evolved, which won the International Emmy for Digital Fiction, and Jamie’s Dream School, which won a BAFTA.He has developed and written feature projects across action, thriller and science fiction, including Bedlam, Going Blue, Q.E.D. and The Hanging Garden.
